What's the difference between rent collection and full management?
Rent collection means someone banks the rent and calls you when something breaks. Full management means we're accountable for how the property performs: pricing, letting, tenant vetting, planned maintenance, arrears and reporting you can check. Smart Locations offers full management.
I live abroad. How will I know what's happening?
Every payment, repair and inspection is recorded and shared with you in a monthly statement, with photos from inspections. You don't have to rely on a caretaker's word or chase anyone on WhatsApp.
Do you work with developers before completion?
Yes. We can support off-plan marketing, buyer handover, snag lists and service-charge setup, then manage the building once residents move in.
Which cities do you cover?
Our main focus is Nairobi and the Kenyan coast (Mombasa, Diani, Watamu). We also take on selected properties in Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, Kigali and Kampala. Tell us where your property is and we'll confirm.
